How does the emergency SOS button work?
The SOS button instantly sends an alert to all your trusted contacts with your GPS location. You can also record photos and videos to document the emergency situation.
How to delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at safecity.apps@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use AES-256 encryption to protect all your data. Your information is secure and we fully comply with GDPR and privacy standards.
What languages are supported?
SAFE-SOS is available in French, English, and Spanish. The interface automatically adapts to your device's language.
How to add trusted contacts?
In the Contacts tab, tap the '+' button to add a new contact. You can invite your loved ones via SMS or email to join your security network.
How to enable push notifications?
In the app settings, go to 'Notifications' and enable the desired options: emergency alerts, security reminders, or AI assistant notifications.
